Fani i krytycy do dziś klasyfikują Never Mind the Bollocks jako jeden z najważniejszych albumów rockowych w historii. W 2003 został sklasyfikowany na 41. miejscu listy 500 albumów wszech czasów dwutygodnika „Rolling Stone”[10].
