Yamazumi chart

The Yamazumi chart is a stacked bar chart visualization of the standardized work combination table used in lean manufacturing for time management.[1][2]

Yamazumi is Japanese for "stacking up" and the chart graphically represents processes times in a stacked manner. It was originally developed by Toyota.[3]
