Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion

    This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.

    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting the restoration of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    Nothing actually indicates that M23 ever stopped using this as their symbol, as their official Twitter account still uses it as their profile image with the last usage of it on a press release being from 2024, as opposed to the current infobox image being from 2021. I don't actually know where the second logo originated from, and I am considering emailing M23 or AFC with an inquiry, but I am concerned this would count as original research. In any case, putting the still official but not-free logo in the infobox and using the (apparently) free logo everywhere else seems like the best solution. —NorthTension (talk) 10:14, 1 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

    •  Not done. Although Draft:Hudhaifah Goga was deleted as G13 in 2019, it was later deleted as G3 (hoax) in 2021, and the version in mainspace was also deleted as G11 (advertising). Regardless, all of the versions were about a person - if they exist - that is not notable for Wikipedia purposes. I note also the deletion of Draft:UN Hudhaifah Roman Empire as another hoax.     Kashika Language

    Kashika language is the language of native people of Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh state of India. But the migration of people from bhojpuri areas here has made this language minority and vulnerable. It has a rich history and literature because Varanasi or Kashi has been the biggest centre of hinduism from ancient times.
