Hi, thank you for your contributions. I note your creation of Category:Integrated Resorts in the United States and related subcategories.

Wikipedia uses sentence case; see WP:NCCAPS. I don't believe "integrated resort" is a proper name (?) The category name should therefore be Category:Integrated resorts in the United States; same idea for the subcategories. 162 etc. (talk) 21:42, 27 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I work in the industry and I know where these places are. If this doesn’t comply with Wikipedia standards then maybe the page for Harrah’s Southern California shouldn’t list valley center as it’s location (which it does). The page for the Hard Rock Resort in Hollywood FL should also have its listed location on its page changed. I’ll be glad to fix that. --NevadaExpert (talk) 00:44, 21 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed the locations listed on the pages for those two resorts. You are correct since these resorts are located on reservation land. But there are lots of Native American casinos on reservation land, meaning the listed locations on those pages would need changing. Technically speaking, it would be correct to fix this in my view. However, perhaps this requires discussion. This may very well need to be addressed on a case by case basis. My employer is a property with a commercial casino, so I’m not sure if I can determine how to list locations for Native American casinos. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. I am not being paid for this, nor do I expect compensation. These are simply edits on pages since I am familiar with the topics on the pages I edit. I am simply using my knowledge to help improve these pages and to help Wikipedia provide the best and most detailed and accurate pages on these topics. Sadly, we live in a time where there is so much misinformation out there and I feel that I have a duty to help make sure people have the truth out there. Wikipedia should be one of those places. Personally speaking, the idea of being paid for this would go against my personal values. My commitment is to facts and helping pages which are on topics I know about to be the best and most accurate they can be. I’m one person, but I believe in Wikipedia and supporting Wikipedia to be a place for facts, especially at a time when facts get ignored by those who are in positions of power. I did say that, but I’m not being paid to edit. All I was saying before is that my knowledge can be helpful because of that. Like I said, getting paid to edit Wikipedia would go against my values and commitment to facts and the truth. And I agree, if someone is being paid to edit pages, it would make it hard for them to be objective. This is why I am a firm believer in making sure things are factual because there are people out there who would be very happy to ignore and deny facts when it suites their purposes.
