Neddie Smith (born 24 March 2002) is an Irish-British musician, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He first gained recognition on the social media platform TikTok in 2022, where he amassed a significant following.[1]
On 23 June 2023, Smith released his debut single, Mocking Bird, which achieved commercial success, debuting at No. 14 on both the UK iTunes charts.[2][3]

Neddie Smith was born on 24 March 2002, in Kilkenny, Ireland. He developed an interest in music during his teenage years which mostly was spent in the community of Yate in Bristol, United Kingdom, he began to record music with friends while attending secondary school in Bristol, United Kingdom, at the age of 14.[5][6]

Smith attended Yate Academy in Bristol, United Kingdom, where he spent a significant portion of his childhood.[3]
Career
In 2021, Smith collaborated with Tim Hortons UK on a video campaign promoting the launch of their new location in Gloucester, Bristol. The campaign featured Smith introducing new products from the coffee and donut chain.
Smith gained initial recognition in early 2022 through TikTok, where his content attracted a growing audience. On June 23, 2023, he released his debut single, Mocking Bird, which charted at No. 14 on the UK iTunes Chart. His music has since accumulated over 31 million views across TikTok’s music platforms.[1][7]
