"Money on Money" is a song by American rapper Young Thug featuring Future, released on April 25, 2025, as the lead single to Thug's fourth studio album, UY Scuti (2025).[1] The song was produced by Southside, Wheezy, 9Jay, Dez Wright, Juke Wong, and Rosen Beatz, all of which are credited as writers on the track alongside Thug and Future.[2] It serves as his first single since his release from jail in October 2024.[3]
Composition
Upon the song's release, it was reported that on the track, Thug dissed label-mate Gunna for "snitching".[4] The song is described as a "pretty strong example of the big-money Atlanta trap style" while it's stated that "Thug and Future flex hard over an expensive-sounding beat".[5]
Music video
A music video was released alongside the track. It was directed by Kaito and Brendan O’Connor.[6] The video begins with the burning of a Young Stoner Life rug before Thug and Future "speeding around a shipping yard in a souped-up luxury car".[6] The video has been compared to Jay-Z and Kanye West's music video for "Otis".[7]
