Norsk nynorsk: Kommunevåpen for Lardal i Vestfold fylke, godkjent ved kongeleg resolusjon 17. juli 1992.
Motiv: I rødt ei gull hulder.[1] Lardal er ein kommune som er prega av skog og villmark. Her går det på folkemunne fleire soger om huldra inne i skogen. Huldra er gjerne sett på som vill og mystisk, og ho kan symbolisere skog og seterliv.
