List tvoří žerďový červený pruh široký třetinu délky listu a žluté pole. V pruhu kosmý bílý pruh, se třemi šesticípými modrými hvězdami, vycházející z prvních tří osmin žerďového do posledních tří osmin vlajícího okraje pruhu. Ve střední části listu šest (2, 1, 2, 1) zelených vztyčených lipových listů. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
