English: Bleu de Gex is a French cow's-milk blue cheese, made in the Jura mountains. It is labelled Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). Its precise labelled name is “Bleu de Gex haut Jura”; it is also called “Bleu de Septmoncel”. Español: Bleu de Gex es un queso azul francés de leche de vaca, hecho en las montañas de Jura. Tiene Denominación de Origen Protegido. Su nombre preciso es “Bleu de Gex haut Jura”; también es llamado “Bleu de Septmoncel”. Français : Le bleu de Gex est un fromage français au lait de vache, à pâte persillée, fabriqué dans le Haut-Jura. Il bénéficie d'une appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC), sous le nom précis de « Bleu de Gex haut Jura » ; il est aussi appelé « Bleu de Septmoncel ».
