The 2023 Oeiras CETO Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the eighth edition of the tournament, which was part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Oeiras, Portugal, between 24 and 30 April 2023.^[1]
