I have had an awareness of wiki's in general since 2001 and have been contributing to a private, non-public, wiki for some time, but only became involved in wikipedia in Jan 2005.

I have varied, and somewhat eclectic, interests, including, but not limited to, Botany, Zoology, I.T., South Africa, United Kingdom, and Crime Fiction

Currently my time is being taken up by a small child.
