Portland Solutions is an agency created by former mayor Ted Wheeler to bring several programs into coordination so as to more effectively address homelessness.[1] Unlike other city departments, Portland Solutions reports directly to the mayor’s office.[2] Current mayor Keith Wilson further integrated these organizations as part of his plan to end unsheltered homelessness.[3]
