Kosi-Seemanchal or Kosi-Simanchal is a region in the Indian state of Bihar. It is located in the north-eastern part of the state of Bihar, between the Bengal and Mithila regions. It consists of Kosi and Purnia divisions. It has seven districts — Araria, Madhepura, Saharsa, Supaul, Purnea, Kishanganj and Katihar.[1]
