None of those show indications to me of being the primary topic. On Google the primary topic for me is very clearly PHSC plc, about which we don't have an article (I haven't investigated whether we should, but there are enough hits of google to suggest an investigation wouldn't be a waste of time if anyone is interested. An unsourced stub, written by someone whose username suggests a COI and which would almost certainly fail A7 if submitted today was deleted as an uncontested PROD back in 2006).
