Here, in Polish Wikipedia, we don't use names in other languages if Polish name exist. Otherwise tehere would be not 900 000 articles but, additionally, 90 000 000 redirects (from names in main languages). Why Polish Navy, but not Polskiy Wojennomorskij Fłot (+cyrylic)? • No problem. Another matter is responding. In Polish Wikipedia we have (shocking sometimes) custom to reply not on own talk page but on talk page of recipient. Wraz z wprowadzeniem do Wikipedii wersji przejrzanych wszystkie edycje dokonywane przez początkujących i niezalogowanych użytkowników muszą zostać oznaczone jako przejrzane przez wikipedystę z uprawnieniami redaktora – takiego jak Ty :)

Mechanizm funkcjonowania wersji przejrzanych został opisany na kilku stronach:

• Wikipedia:Wersje przejrzane
• Wikipedia:Redaktorzy
• Pomoc:Wersje oznaczone
• Pomoc:FAQ/Wersje oznaczone

W skrócie: jako przejrzany oznacza się artykuł wolny od wandalizmów. Nie oznacza to, że artykuł musi zostać sprawdzony pod kątem merytorycznym. Celem wersji przejrzanych jest jedynie wychwycenie oczywistych nieprawidłowości, ale oczywiście warto poprawić np. literówki, jeśli się je zauważy. Mamy szansę poprawienia całej Wikipedii. Wykorzystajmy to.

Pamiętaj, aby szczególnie uważnie przeglądać artykuły, które są przeglądane po raz pierwszy (tzn. w prawym górnym rogu widnieje komunikat: „ Brak wersji przejrzanej”). Najlepiej jest zacząć od stron, które sam utworzyłeś lub posiadasz w obserwowanych (kliknij, by zobaczyć pełną listę stron, które obserwujesz).

Sprawdzenie artykułu, który posiada już wersję przejrzaną, polega najczęściej na porównaniu z nią ostatnio wprowadzonych zmian (tzw. szkicem). Zobacz też jak patrolujemy ostatnie zmiany.

Na stronie specjalnej zdezaktualizowane przejrzane strony znajduje się lista artykułów oczekujących na ponowne przejrzenie. Zaglądaj tam, jeśli tylko masz czas.

Jak oznaczać artykuły?

Na końcu każdego artykułu i szablonu oraz na stronie porównywania wersji znajdują się przyciski „Oznacz jako przejrzaną”. By oznaczyć wersję, należy po prostu kliknąć. Jeżeli chcesz odznaczyć wersję przejrzaną, musisz kliknąć „Wycofaj oznaczenie jako przejrzana”. Jeżeli chcesz najpierw przetestować wersje oznaczone, wejdź na Testową Wiki.

Cofanie zmian

Wraz z uprawnieniami redaktora uzyskałeś także możliwość szybszego cofania zmian. Oznacza to, że w przypadku ewidentnych wandalizmów możesz użyć przycisku „cofnij” (zamiast „anuluj edycję”), którego naciśnięcie powoduje natychmiastowe wycofanie edycji, bez konieczności wypełniania opisu zmian.

Ok. I deleted the fragment about drawball. Sources aren't showing, that there is any connection between this situation and a meme: article in Cooltura says something like: "polish flag was drawn, everybody hated it and Polandball magically appeared". I deleted also part about Smoleńsk crash (there is no evidence that it made Polandball popular), and a fragment saying "Russians stopped all discussions with Polish of which country is better", which definitely doesn't fit in encyclopedia. I have seen really many Polandball drawings and none of them included any tree or president. I can believe that comics exist. But if they are hidden deep in the internet, they couldn't have enough notability to make Polandball popular. The search interest on Know Your Meme, which is IMO better source in this subject than, unknown for me, hiro.pl, shows clearly that popularity of the meme was decreasing after that date. During the discussion (I attached the link to the discussion above) I have already proposed to other Polish wikipedians to write a letter to the Sejm and ask for clarification and/or permission to use the photos, but somehow nobody reacted. I knew that you did like this and got the permission from Russian government. I still kept your ingenious idea in back of my mind, but, because I am not an expert in copyright, I was waiting for your answer and I am glad it has finally come today. Of course, I am willing to write a Polish version of your letter to the Sejm and advise you whenever you need it during writing. I hope we will get a satisfactory answer from the Sejm, but one never knows. At least it will be good to clear the whole situation with the photos. "Ringo Starr w lipcu 2013" is nonsense (unless you have the time machine). W lipcu means in July (genitive form of lipiec - July).

The biography of Louise Watkin is ready. I couldn't find any information about her swimming activities last year and currently.
