Dumnonia
The essay, for it is not an "article", says: "Dumnonia a.k.a. West Wales", which is in conflict with the article, for it is not an essay, Dumnonia. I've no idea which is right, but perhaps it should say "Cornwall", or something else... Imaginatorium (talk) 06:49, 15 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It's probably best to remove the words "a.k.a. West Wales", which will confuse some readers as the area is not within what we now call Wales. My understanding is that "West Wales" was a term used for only the western part of the area earlier called Dumnonia - that is, Cornwall - but that is explained in the linked articles. Historically, Brittany, the Celtic subnational part of France in the Armorica peninsula, was at one point a unified kingdom with Cornwall in southeast Britain ------- should this really be southeast Britain or Southwestern Britain? 85.10.119.182 (talk) 14:05, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
