One of the goal of this WikiProject is to assess the quality and the importance of each chess-related article.
- You can have details on the Template for assessment on this page at Chess-WikiProject template
- You can see the current state of assessments in the colored table situated at the top-right of this page.
- You can learn a bit about the quality assessment scale here, and a bit about the importance assessment scale there.
- You can find a list of articles that have not already been assessed by clicking on the Unassessed link.
The depth of your assessment shall depend on the quality of the article:
- Assessment as Stub-class, Start-class, C-class, or B-class shall be quick and bold.
- Assessment as GA-class, A-class or FA-class shall need a more thorough review, as explained in the Wikipedia:WikiProject Chess/Review separate page. FA criteria, GA Criteria
