Evidence of disputed behavior
(Provide diffs. Links to entire articles aren't helpful unless the editor created the entire article. Edit histories also aren't helpful as they change as new edits are performed.)
Diffs aren't included due to the pervasiveness of edits by sock puppets on the AfDs in question:

- Definite socks : Please see [1]
- (151.201.48.208 | talk | contributions) (many other 151.201.* IPs have done similar edits; appears to be a campus computer lab or dorm room computer based on its physical address [2]) Young Zaphod has also been signed in when replying to posts on this sock's talk page.
- (67.165.85.111 | talk | contributions)
- (Eggster | talk | contributions) (he was banned temporarily for 3RR with the next IP, and Eggster hasn't been back since, less than a week later though, Young Zaphod suddenly appeared and has been doing similar edits with similar arguments)
- (68.162.148.34) | talk | 68.162.148.34) (this IP is also part of the same campus' computers as mentioned above [3], and has been proven to be the same person as Eggster [4] after ironically requesting a CheckUser on myself (Atari2600tim) versus some other editors) --Atari2600tim (talk • contribs) 02:40, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
- (Eht Lived) | talk | contributions), another user whose only contributions were to the two current AfDs
- probable socks
- (66.101.59.248 | talk | contributions) (this IP is owned by The Optimal Link [5], a hosting company, and is the one that NiMUD runs on; shell account can be easily used as a proxy via Lynx)
Evidence user continues to disrupt, ignore consensus and has expanded disruption to other pages. (see MUD)

Outside view by JzG
Young Zaphod's comments above are revealing: this is not malicious vandalism, it's an excess of enthusiasm which needs to be tempered and soon. I don't think it's tme for RfC yet, I do think if he doesn't calm down he's due for blocking. Just zis Guy you know? 20:40, 21 February 2006 (UTC)

Outside view by McClenon
I mostly agree with JzG, but not entirely. Young Zaphod is not malicious. He has an excess of enthusiasm and thinks that Wikipedia is a game. On the other hand, I think this Request for Comments is appropriate as a way to request comments on his behavior. His conduct is disruptive, and he needs to calm down. As JzG says, he will be blocked otherwise, whether by admins or by the ArbCom.

- Young Zaphod's statements says it all, "I just think it's all in good fun." Wikipedia is not a game, it is an encyclopedia (see WP:ENC). --Hetar 20:37, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
