In order:

• Thermo mechnical fatigue: Delete - Forgetting the hyphen seems a plausible enough redirect. Hyphen plus an implausibly-misspelt word? No.
• Powhattan confederacy: Keep - plausible typo of Powhatan Confederacy (another name for Tsenacommacah). Delete - Did not notice the second typo; thank you Tevildo.
• Risk-benefit anaysis: Delete both - "anaysis" doesn't seem a plausible enough typo for this, and I'm sceptical we'd need both the en and emdash versions.
• Classical homepathy: Delete - While more plausible a typo (O and P are next to each other on a QWERTY layout) it isn't plausible enough to warrant a redirect. I question the wisdom of Classical homeopathy redirecting merely to Homeopathy as opposed to something in that article's history section (more likely "19th century: rise to popularity and early criticism"). I'd argue for a retarget of the properly-spelt redirect but that's not what we're discussing here.

• Wouldn't Scorpio (weapon) make sense as a target? It's a possible search term, and I don't think we're improving Wikipedia by deleting it.
