- Keep, seems like a reasonable spelling guess.....PKT(alk) 18:41, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Keep. "Buddah" is a fairly common misspelling of Buddha, regularly seen in the wild, and we do have a rule that plausible misspellings keep redirects. It's unwise for an encyclopedia to simply assume that everybody else in the world spelz as gud as we do. Bearcat (talk) 21:56, 7 September 2019 (UTC)

Cellular & Molecular Biology is a legitimate journal. See [1] and [Title+Abbreviation].
The OMICS journal is Cellular & Molecular Medicine: Open Access, not this one. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 15:57, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Delete per nom, although the simplest way of action probably would be to simply convert the redirect into an article on the notable legit journal. --Randykitty (talk) 17:01, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- This would depend on the journal scores for notability, but if it passes that, there should be no objection to create article. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 22:58, 8 September 2019 (UTC)

Country specific subpages which used to transclude a tag with the country field pre-filled. This is no longer the case after they were merged with the main template, which now can handle name variations a lot better (see Wikipedia:Templates_for_discussion/Log/2019_April_5#Template:Globalize). These redirects are now misleading and should be deleted as they don't do what they're expected to. --Trialpears (talk) 11:45, 7 September 2019 (UTC)

Redundant to Environmental Protection Agency and EPA, both of which redirect to United States Environmental Protection Agency. Also, we don't usually include both name and abbreviation in a title; as an article title, this would fail WP:CONCISE. Narky Blert (talk) 11:03, 7 September 2019 (UTC)

Weak keepRedirect to United States Environmental Protection Agency per below readers unfamiliar with Wikipedia title conventions may try to search with this string. As the redirect could not possibly refer to anything other thanthe currentthis target, and is unlikely to ever need updating, keeping it is harmless. signed, Rosguill talk 02:58, 8 September 2019 (UTC)

While technically similar sounding to Eoghan, "Owen" is a common enough name that anyone looking to anglicize this name (or who had heard it said but not written) would use that spelling. The "One" examples are even less likely. Moreover, these spellings doesn't appear to have ever been used for this subject. signed, Rosguill talk 09:07, 7 September 2019 (UTC)

- David Gowan → Tonto Natural Bridge (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
The AfD mandated a merge to Tonto Natural Bridge, so now David Gowan redirects there. However we have David Gowan (politician) which should be the primary topic. --Pontificalibus 07:33, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Move David Gowan to David Gowan (settler) in case the former article history needs to be preserved (open to suggestions for better disambiguators, but that one seems to be reasonably common, e.g. Thomas Burgess (settler), Joseph Mason (settler)), and move David Gowan (politician) to the base title per nominator. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 08:45, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Support above proposal which seems sensible. PC78 (talk) 19:52, 7 September 2019 (UTC)

- Lee Soon-shin → Yi Sun-sin (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
Does not appear to be an alternate spelling; suggesting deletion. signed, Rosguill talk 07:10, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Comment it is indeed an alternative spelling, still seen occasionally in print even in recent years [2]. Pretty much any name of a Korean person from the pre-modern era will have been printed in a bewildering variety of English spellings over the years, as there were too many official romanisation systems and most Korean authors writing in English just ignored them all and used ad hoc spellings until recently. (That also means that in general, it's impractical and unsightly for every target article to list all the possible alternative spellings).
- In any case, this particular spelling and its connection to the admiral is discussed with sources at Korean Broadcasting System#2013 – Lee Soon-shin naming scandal. I am not sure whether it is better to keep it pointing to the current target, retarget it to You Are The Best! as {{R from character}}, or even retarget it to the section of the Korea Broadcasting System Article which explains the two uses of the name. But in any case, deletion is not the appropriate outcome here. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 08:42, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
- Keep, this spelling does indeed appear to have some usuage with regard to the admiral: Google Books search. PC78 (talk) 13:37, 7 September 2019 (UTC)
