The result of the discussion was: Keep - "I caught it in camera" sounds like a flubbed English-as-a-Second-Language version of "self-photographed." Nothing else to indicate otherwise. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 01:48, 31 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Uploader does not have evidence of permission or a strong assertion of ownership. His file description seems to imply that he got it from another source. Looking at the uploader's file upload history will also show that a number of his uploads have been copied from websites across the web. Xeltran (talk) 07:08, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:James Eagan Holmes profile.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- image of copyright website, copied from copyrighted newsource, used to violate WP:BLPCRIME Gaijin42 (talk) 19:22, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- In regards to, his own published date of birth on this website does not match the widely publicized date of birth that BBC News published, and which Wikipedia used for a birth data source at other links. He listed his birthdate as December 10th on this page, while other sources have December 13th, and may be incorrect. As the other page on James Eagan Holmes is protected from editing at this time, I wanted to report the date of birth conflict here, and ask that this page be saved as a reference.-- Please note, Ryan Vesey.
- I don't feel that this one has been used to violate WP:BLPCRIME; however, I had listed it at WP:MCQ. In this case, I think it might satisfy our non-free content criteria because it is used as the subject of commentary on his profile. It's a stretch, and I'm leaning towards it not satisfying, but I listed it at MCQ just to be safe. Ryan Vesey Review me! 19:27, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete as violating NFCC#8. The image doesn't add anything to a description of the existence of his profile. (per WP:MCQ) Ryan Vesey Review me! 19:59, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
