- Yeah, just delete it. Doesn't appear to be free. Newbie error on my part. Lupo 07:49, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Deleted, both because of the uploader request, and because this is a good example of an F3 deletion candidate. Nyttend (talk) 02:09, 27 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- "This is a screen grab from the courtroom video feed" is not a legal document, it is legally considered a work of art of either the municipality that paid for it, or the private company that did so. Magog the Ogre (talk) 19:38, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- This user has uploaded three different images, all on the same day, all with metadata indictating different cameras, all weird web resolutions, none sourced (e.g., not indicating they were self-created). I indicate these have no proof of the license given below. Magog the Ogre (talk) 22:11, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Possibly unfree: it is not explained how this is public domain in the United States (necessary for non-fair use hosting on Wikipedia) or in Russia (as would be needed on Commons), but tagged as PD-self. —innotata 22:22, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Was free at the time of upload, became unfree afterwards. One of my earliest edits/uploads here, hence a misleading pd-self tag. Any replacement photo will be just as unfree. NVO (talk) 08:43, 27 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
