- File:Patricia-routledge.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Seems to be saying that we can use the file but there's nothing indicating that the person who uploaded it to the other website has given their authority for it to be used. 5 albert square (talk) 02:03, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Csk clt20.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Delete Uploader has a history of copyright violations, taking images from the Internet and proclaiming them as his. He's been blocked for this behavior before, and has continued it since the block (see File:Cmrl.jpg and File:Hpca venue.jpg). This championship was held in South Africa. Uploader is located in India. It's possible the uploader traveled to South Africa for the championship, but given rampant copyright abuses I find it unlikely. Further, image is obviously from a field level, press passed photographer. Further still, no meta data from the image to support claim it is his. Hammersoft (talk) 14:32, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Update I've tagged the image for speedy deletion under F9. The uploader has now come clean and indicated what the actual source of the image is. See User_talk:A.arvind.arasu#Remaining_questionable_images. --Hammersoft (talk) 15:31, 2 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Who Owns My Heart by Miley Cyrus.ogg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Copyvio. File is a 38 second clip from "Who Owns My Heart" by Miley Cyrus that the uploader claims to be all his own work and has released as {{self|cc-by-3.0}} AussieLegend (talk) 16:43, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Claimed as own work, but map style suggests an online mapping source... Sfan00 IMG (talk) 17:07, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Fine, delete it. I was trying to help an article where the previous image had been removed but if you want to crush my dreams of trying to help and not believing me when I claim it's my own work. The online map has no watermark saying that anyone else made it because I did. Deleting it would be unethical and unconstitutional but if you feel the need... Puffin Lets talk! 18:50, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Wikipedia does not have a constitution. Your 'rights' aren't being violated. What is unethical is taking images from an online source that you can not prove you represent and claiming the images to be yours. The map on this page is pixel for pixel the same one you uploaded. Oops. I'm marking this one as db-f9 speedy deletion candidate as blatant copyright violation. --Hammersoft (talk) 19:47, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
