Bizarre "essay" that surely doesn't belong in the project namespace – at the very least. I recommend deletion per the lack of a discernable purpose, and because, other than a bot edit, this hasn't been changed since June 3, 2008, even though it's described as a "work in progress." However, whether the author wishes to have it deleted or not, A Stop at Willoughby is quite right: this does not belong here and should be deleted.
