• Userfy. The page certainly does not need to be deleted, but this type of draft whereby an existing article is copied (attribution needed; it has been provided) and then worked on separately (which is fine) is usually kept in userspace. —Alalch E. 09:50, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete and salt harder Normally this would be a WP:SRE case, but in this case the people in charge of redirects have decided there shouldn't be a redirect.
