Non-free publicity photograph of a special car model with Pokemon design elements. Was kept as irreplaceable on the argument that the design is copyrighted and hence all other photographs would be derivative works. However, in a parallel case, at Pokémon Gold and Silver, we have the free snapshot File:Lugia PT Cruiser.jpg, and free snapshots of this model exist on Flickr. Since the car is primarily a utilitarian object and serial product of industrial design, I would argue that its design elements (apart from the Pokémon logo printed on the side) are not object of copyright as such, so free photographs are possible. • Keep. There's two key elements to an international summit's success. The first is the prep work over the preceding months, but this is done mostly by civil servants behind closed doors and is almost never covered by RSs so its hard to capture in our articles. The second is the extent to which new relationships are formed between participants, which can help the achievement of future productive work on the subject of the summit. This is partly a function of the emotional / social atmosphere of the event, something thats very hard to precisely capture in words alone, and few journalists even try. Its best done with pictures or video clips, at least it is for those sensitive to such things. Hence the pic does significantly enhance the understanding. If anyone can find a fully free pic of the summit, then I have no objection to this one being deleted. In the meantime it's a government pic released anonymously by Her Majesty's foreign office with a Creative Commons BY-ND 2.0 licence. Seems unlikely that its presence could do harm in any way. • Delete When I read about a summit, I want answers to some simple questions:
  • Where was the summit?
  • What was the outcome of the summit?
  • Who participated in the summit?
  • Did anything spectacular happen during the summit?

This image answers question 1. You see some British architecture and a man with a British police uniform, indicating that the summit was somewhere in the United Kingdom. However, this question can easily be answered in text: "The summit took place in the United Kingdom." The image also partially answers the third question: you see some people on the photo. However, question 3 can also easily be answered in text: "Pele, Michel Temer, David Cameron and Mo Farah participated in the summit." The image doesn't appear to add any information beyond those two questions, and as I have here demonstrated, it is very easy to replace the image by text. • I added a real-world commentary about these characters in the Reception and Background sections in Frasier Crane article. I added this image in the Sam and Diane article. How is this image equivalent to other non-free images? This image is a subtopic of any related topic, used in these articles. Uhh... the image is non-free. There is enough information about Frasier and Diane in both Frasier Crane and Diane Chambers. I made a lot of details about Frasier in that article just to help readers learn more about Frasier's role in Cheers and then in Frasier. It's written in a perspective of real-world. • There was a request on my talk page that I should comment here. We are talking about a photo of Frasier Crane and Diane Chambers.

In the article Frasier Crane, there are images of Frasier Crane elsewhere in the article, and it is easy to look at one of those if you want to know what he looks like. If you want to know what Diane Chambers looks like, then there is a link to her article very close to this image. Just click on that link, and you will find a photo of her. My opinion is that the image isn't needed in the article Frasier Crane.

In the article Sam and Diane, we have the reverse situation: several images of Diane Chambers in the article, and a handy link to the article about Frasier Crane placed close to this photo.
