AA Highway(history · last edit · rewrite) from [1] and [2]. This content was originally added to the Kentucky Route 9 page in this edit (Earwig), and was later copied over to the AA Highway article in this edit (copypatrol flagged in this edit;, which re-arranged the material on the page). While attribution was given to the source as being the Kentucky Route 9 article in this edit, that's insufficient if the Kentucky Route 9 article had a copyright problem. In short, there's a bit of a long complicated chain for how this happened, but this needs a rewrite as it currently is so that close paraphrasing can be removed. — Red-tailed hawk(nest)02:04, 5 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As the facilitator on this Educational Project I have contacted the student team to request removal or rewrite. They're new to the platform, working in a second language, at draft stage, and the issue was through ignorance rather than intent. As part of this Project the students have been repeatedly reminded of issues related to plagiarism, licensing and copyright, which are part of the learning objectives of the project. I will make sure that the content is re-written as a matter of urgency and again remind them of the issue. I've also shared the issue with the entire class to reinforce this learning. Let me know if there is anything else I should do to resolve the issue and have the copyright investigation closed after draft article has been cleaned.
