Discussion
Will the edits add {{WikiProject Slovenia}}
to {{WikiProject Europe}}
or replace it? [[Sam Korn]] (smoddy) 08:43, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- If Slovenia is the only task force listed, then it will replace the project tag. If other task forces are also listed, it will keep the old tag and add WikiProject Slovenia below it. Wronkiew (talk) 16:29, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- If AnomieBOT 28 gets approved, would you still want to run this, or just leave it up to that bot? – Quadell (talk) 12:38, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I think some duplication of effort could be avoided if this task is approved. This bot is ready to go, and a bit of extra logic would need to be added to AnomieBOT to process the different cases described above. Also, the project participants have already been notified of this task. Wronkiew (talk) 14:48, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Okay then. I think it should get a greenlight. – Quadell (talk) 16:39, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't think it would be at all difficult to adjust the AnomieBOT 28 code to do this, but I have no problem letting you do it either. My intent with AnomieBOT 28 is just to let me have a faster turnaround time in the future for straightforward requests. Anomie⚔ 18:02, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- We can't let you have all the fun, Anomie! [[Sam Korn]] (smoddy) 18:05, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Seems straightforward, just be sure to recognize the redirects to Template:WikiProject Europe as well as the template itself. Approved for trial (25 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Anomie⚔ 18:02, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Trial complete. Thanks for the tip about the redirects. Wronkiew (talk) 21:28, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I was going to ask you to run another quick trial for a few articles where
{{WikiProject Europe}}
was not removed, but then I ran a category intersection and it seems Talk:Illyrian deciduous forests is the only one (or else my category lister broke). So just double-check that one when your bot gets to it. Approved. Anomie⚔ 21:55, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
