Wikipedia:Barnstar and award proposals

The barnstar and award proposals process was organized by several users in an effort to create less clutter on the barnstars page.^[1] However, many users cited issues with the bureaucracy of the process and called for its discontinuation. After the page was nominated for deletion, it was decided to deprecate it.
