Contested PROD. Original reason for PROD was "player has never made an appearance in a senior competition for a professional club, thereby failing WP:ATHLETE". The reason for removing the PROD was given at Talk:Paul Pogba. The fact, however, remains that this player is 16 years old and is unlikely to get anywhere near the first team at Manchester United for several years. We must deal with the facts as they are now, and Pogba has done nothing in his career to confer notability. – PeeJay 13:53, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete - this player fails both WP:ATHLETE (as he hasn't "competed at the fully professional level of a sport") and WP:GNG (as he hasn't "received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject"; all of the media attention so far simply refers to his transfer to Man Utd). • Delete, although there has been some media coverage surrounding this player, it is to do with the actions of Manchester United and the complaint of Le Havre about those actions, rather than anything the player himself has done.
