Keep. This is an outline, not a normal list, see Wikipedia:Outlines. I don't know why these exist, but they do, and we have a lot of them. This seems to be a decent one (though I'm unsure what they're really supposed to look like) so unless we want to delete every article in Category:Outlines I'd say keep this.
