- Delete. I wondered if his cheese books might meet WP:AUTHOR but didn't have any luck finding reviews. All the coverage of him that I could find was in trade publications or was in the form of brief quotes (e.g. [1] [2]). I'm not familiar enough with the awards and honours he's won to assess whether any might be significant enough to confer notability, but I don't see a strong case.
