I am nominating this page for deletion as it does not meet Wikipedia's biographical criteria for notability as per Wikipedia:Notability. Otterloo's involvement in Cycleswap may be better noted on it's own page. I am also nominating this as I am alleging it is largely autobiographical due to the edits by User:Platflyer.
