• Keep, was WP:BEFORE performed here or not? Some mentions: "PESHAWAR NEWSPAPERS: Among the English newspapers, the 'Khyber Mail' was the most outstanding. It was started as a weekly in 1932, and converted into a daily in 1950." ([1]), "Among the English newspapers, the “Khyber Mail” was and continues to be the most Prominent."
