As it stands now, it looks like a link farm filled resume. A check of sources does not show indication of passing General Notability Guidelines or WP:NBIO and this subject seems to be more or less a run of the mill general populace. A steady pageview average of under about five views per day for the past seven years suggests the lack of notability even though view count is not a specific guideline criteria. • Speedy delete under A7 and G11 (the article seems like it mostly exists as a resume and list of external links). Having worked for a notable employer doesn't establish notability on its own and the article makes no other claims its subject is notable. I found absolutely no online coverage of this specific John Steup besides socials (Twitter, Linkedin) and content mirrors. No news mentions I could find. • Delete - I feel like I must repeat myself: first, substantively, he's just not notable; music executives are dime a dozen. Secondly, I am strongly opposed to autobiographies on Wikipedia. In 2007, that could have been excused, but in 2022, it's untenable to try to sneak in a social media page masquerading as an encyclopedia article. To be blunt, it's theft of our services.
