This article appears to be a vanity article for an associate professor. The subject is not notable. Most of the facts in the article appear to be original research and find no confirmation in the references. It is not even clear if Fred Levin belongs to the faculty of the Feinberg's Psychiatry Department as he is not on their list [1]. Two of the references point to the home pages of professional societies and do not contain any mention of Fred M. Levin. The third one is to a promotional page for his book.
