The result was delete. This is essentially a case of WP:G7; the only real contributor to the article requests deletion. The history shows that no substantial or substantive edits were made by anyone but the contributor, so there is no need to leave this AfD up for a week. JPL, thank you. Nixon was a beauty pagent contestant who did not get significant attention in reliable sources. The article is sourced only to a non-reliable source, and is on a living person. So we can justify it saying nothing. I created this article back when I incorrectly believed that basically all contestants in certain beauty pageants were default notable, I have since come to realize this is not the case.
