Ambassadors being not inherently notable (WP:OUTCOMES), the subject is in no way otherwise notable, with nothing beyond routine appointment announcements and virtually no mention in any RS. A one-page profile of her in the Royal Institute of International Affairs journal 'The World Today' does not take us over the line, BTW. Alexandermcnabb (talk) 09:49, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

- Comment Ambassadors from and to the United Kingdom are commonly listed in Who's Who (UK). Assuming this is considered the "country's standard national biographical dictionary" then this would seem to allow them in under WP:ANYBIO. But it also seems inconsistent to have different standards for Ambassadors based on editorial decisions of publishers based on the country they come from. Should WP:POLOUTCOMES be interpreted as overruling WP:ANYBIO?
- I've started a discussion about this at Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_deletion#Ambassadors
, but in the meantime I'm going to !vote to keep as notable under WP:ANYBIO #3 for being included in Who's Who (UK). --Mgp28 (talk) 13:05, 18 March 2023 (UTC)- Who's Who is apparently not a national biographical dictionary so I withdraw that !vote --Mgp28 (talk) 17:39, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
