Non-notable political candidate, who ran as the vice-presidential nominee for a minor party in 2008. He did not receive the coverage necessary to pass WP:GNG before, after or during that campaign, and he fails WP:NPOL, as he has never held elected office. - Delete. Being vice-presidential candidate of a minor fringe party is not an automatic notability freebie under WP:NPOL — it can get a person in the door if he can be shown to clear WP:GNG on his sourceability, but is not "inherently" notable for the purposes of exempting him from having to have a GNG-worthy volume of sourcing. But there are just three footnotes here, of which two are primary sources that are not support for notability at all, and the third is a dead link that appears to have simply been video of him speaking, which also isn't a notability-making source.
