• Delete - the opening sentence of the article already admits that the subject only plays semi-professionally so he obviously fails WP:NRU. Out of the three sources, one is from facebook, one doesn't mention him at all, and this one (see here) is the most promising but it talks about a rugby player named Ben Leung, not Ben Proctor.
