Mayors, even in large cities, are not automatically entitled to an instant notability freebie just because they're technically verifiable as existing — the way to make a mayor notable enough for inclusion is to write a substantive article that demonstrates her political importance, not just to write a 22-word stub which fails to go any further than stating that she exists.
