The result was keep. Procedural Keep. Stating there are two sources, without evaluating the quality of these sources, isn't providing a rationale for deletion, it's just stating what is present in the article. Please remember to do a thorough WP:BEFORE before compiling a compelling, policy-based rationale for why deletion is called for. Liz Read! Talk! 03:00, 2 April 2024 (UTC)

- Procedural keep - no deletion rationale given. This is a player with (at least) 17 professional appearances in England in the 1920s. I am happy to assume there are more offline sources per WP:COMMONSENSE. GiantSnowman 11:16, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- Okay but can you find those sources? This essay seems relevent. Questions? four Olifanofmrtennant (she/her) 15:15, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- There are already two from Green'un listed in the article itself. GiantSnowman 15:31, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- Further, also there is the Joyce source - so THREE sources, not two as you claim in your late nomination rationale. Have you done BEFORE to check the Green'un sources? How do you know they are not significant coverage? GiantSnowman 15:34, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- The Joyce source seems pretty produdual just a book of records. Questions? four Olifanofmrtennant (she/her) 15:44, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

- Keep - Multiple sources showing this player played numerous games of professional football. Strange proposal. Kivo (talk) 16:20, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
