It is owned and operated by Ridgewood High School, and it broadcasts from the campus in Norridge, Illinois. It signed on in 1969.

WRHS announced its intention to become the earliest station to change over to Christmas music in 2007 (as "Jack Frost"), surpassing 2006's first Christmas station, KOSY-FM in Salt Lake City. The station plans on launched its Christmas format on the morning of October 25, 2007. The move is only temporary as they plan on changing back to their normal Jack FM format on November 9, then going back again to the Christmas music on December 20 and continuing through January 6. Thus, they would likely not be the first to change over for the season, and furthermore, they have already been beaten by commercial radio station WTZN-FM in Pittsburgh, who changed from October 1 to October 5 of 2007, and by WNOU (now WEXM) in Indianapolis, who began stunting on Monday, October 8, through the rest of the holiday season. However WRHS-FM is the earliest non-commerical or educational radio station to make the switch to holiday music. They are also the earliest to switch in the Chicago, Illinois market.

Kelmark Engineering was based in Michigan, and produced some interesting rear/mid-engined "kit cars". These were not produced in a factory by a large volume automobile manufacturer, but built by hobbyists or professional mechanics "by hand".

They are all rare models, but the Kelmark GT body style was perhaps the most popular. The car has distinctive, exotic exterior styling that was quite progressive for its debut in 1969. The styling was reportedly influenced by Ferrari and a Corvette concept car. One could build an "Independence" model that was essentially a fiberglass body kit for a Volkswagen chassis, or the "Liberator" model that was more customized, and could go on a tube frame, Porsche or VW chassis, or even a custom combination. Car and Driver magazine reported that they built one that

Kelmark also produced what must have been a mean street machine in its day: a V8 powered Volkwagon Beetle! It was marketed as a sleeper, meant to look like a stock Beetle, though to the trained eye, the huge tires would hint at some hidden performance potential.

Reynella railway station is a former railway station on the defunct Willunga in Adelaide's South. It was located 28.2km by railway from the Adelaide Railway Station.
The station had only a shelter shed and no platform. The station closed in 1969, three years before the entire Willunga line was ripped up. The station has since been demolished.

Rosewater railway station is a former railway that is on the freight-only Dry Creek to Port Adelaide line. It is 7.0km from Dry Creek. The station was located on the northern side of the Eric Sutton Reserve in Rosewater. The station closed in 1988 when services on the Dry Creek-Port Adelaide line ceased. The station had a short step-down platform.

The novel "The Crossing" by Gary Paulson narrates the life of a poor Mexican orphan(Manny Bustos) living on the rough street of Juarez, Mexico near the US/Mexican border. Manny struggles everyday to survive on the streets by begging for money from the American tourist. Although, his small size makes it very difficult for him to keep anything he has earned because the bigger boys just steal it from him. One day in the back alley of the Club Congo Tiki Manny sees Army Sergeant Robert S. Locke, a haunted man suppressing the sights he has seen in the Vietnam war by drinking himself silly, being sick. In this first meeting between these two Manny, seeing that this American is drunk, tries to steal his wallet but does not succeed. However, Robert did not report Manny to the police and lets him go. The second meeting consist of Manny seeing Robert walking into a hotel cafe and intrigued by the Sergeant follows him in. Just when the waited is about to kick Manny out Robert steps in and invites the boy to breakfast. When seeing Manny eat the buffet of food he has ordered a memory of a starved monkey feasting on a picnic comes into the drunk Robert's mind and he nicknames Manny "The Monkey." The third and last meeting of these two starts where it began. In the back alley of the Congo Tiki where Manny has decided to sleep he sees Robert again being sick in the corner. As earlier decided Manny tells the solider the truth about all he knows about himself. He was abandoned by his parents to a group of nuns who cared for him but had to let him go to the streets and how he someday dreams about crossing the border north and finding a better life. After asking Robert for help and him agreeing to do so a group of four kidnappers try to steal Manny to sell into slavery. Robert who was very experienced with the process of "ending things" knew what was about to go down. After the first move made by one of the kidnappers Robert apparently snaps his neck and leaves three more opponents. The three left have knives and leave Robert in a bloody heap on the ground but somehow Robert kills the three men with all he has left. With his last breaths he gives Manny his wallet and tells him to run to "THE CROSSING."

WACCOE - Acronym for We Are the Champions, Champions of Europe. WACCOE is a reference to the sense of injustice felt by the supporters of Leeds United AFC resulting from the European Cup Final of 1975 where Leeds United completely dominated the German Club Bayern Munich, only to lose 2-0 to two late goals scored after Leeds should have been awarded two penalties in the first half for a hand ball by Franz Beckenbauer, and a trip by the same player on Allan Clarke, a foul the German player has since admitted should have been a penalty, and a clearly perfectly good goal scored in the second half by Peter Lorimer that was unbelievably disallowed for offside by the lineman. The referee, Michel Kitabdjian never refereed another European game again. As far as the supporters of Leeds United are concerned, they were cheated from becoming European Champions that evening, and they consider themselves as being the best team on the night, and the worthy champions.

Some 4 years later in about 1979 or 1980 a chant started on the terraces at the home of Leeds United, Elland Road, where a group of supporters chanted "We are the Champions", and another group chanted back "Champions of Europe", and the WACCOE chant was born. The WACCOE chant became very popular and was sung at most games from that day on, and today is a popular chant amongst Leeds United fans, especially at away grounds where WACCOE is often performed during the half time period. Notable WACCOE's have lasted 20 to 30 minutes or longer and some are now folk-law amongst Leeds supporters, whilst the supporters of the other team look on incredulously at the constant and incessant visage of sound and colour created by the chant and the waving of scarves and shirts around the head in time to the chant. WACCOE's have continued unabated even during goals scored by the opposition, often muting the goal celebrations as they are quickly drowned out by the continuing WACCOE.

The original WACCOE was chanted/sung slowly with no clapping, and the words could be heard clearly. Over the years the tempo has increased and clapping has been added to the chant, and WACCOE purists consider this has detracted from its original form.

WACCOE has reinforced the feeling of injustice from the 1975 final, and has helped new generations of supporters understand the history and events surrounding the game, so that most Leeds supporters appreciate the reasons for WACCOE and the absolute belief that Leeds United are indeed the Champions Of Europe.

The name WACCOE is used by the most visited Leeds United Fans forum as a tribute to that game, and the players of that team who deserve the accolade of being the best team in Europe.

The Mill Theatre was built during the building of the Dundrum Town Centre in order to facilitate both local and national groups wishing to perform in the area.

At entrance level there is an information desk with the theatre itself being housed on the 2 floors below. One level down is the entrance to the main auditorium. This auditorium has seating for a 200 people when using the provided seating. The seating can also be pushed back (via a mechanical system) to provide practise or performance space. On the lower floor is a bar and a studio space. This space can be provided seperately to the main auditorium for the performance of smaller, more intimate shows. This can seat about 40 people. The theatre has wheel chair access to all floors via a lift from the ground level.

In addition to the performance spaces there are also a number of dressing rooms and other back stage areas. There is one wing on stage left with only a small amount of walking space provided on stage right. The stage entrance is from the underground carpark and therefore there are restrictions on the size and dimensions of the vehicles that gain access to this door.

Alessandra Bosco is a fashion , bikini, calendar model. She grew up in Verona, Northern Italy , situated in in the Veneto region. Her aunt, a photographer at the time , started taking hundreds of photos of then 6 years old Alessandra. At the age of 16 she had her first paid photo shoot and started modeling professionally working for shows and for various photographer's projects. Her first major Internet publication was for Miss Italia Web 2001 and she was the winner. She has lived in the USA for over 10 years. There, she has done many glamorous bikini photo shoots, collaborated with some known photographers and worked with a few agencies, especially in Florida. She has appeared in numerous online magazines as featured model or as a special guest. Staphylococcus pettenkoferi (honouring Max von Pettenkofer, 1818–1901, German pioneer in the field of hygiene and public health) was described in 2007 and is a member of the bacterial genus Staphylococcus, consisting of spherical, Gram-positive, non-motile, non-spore-forming, facultative anaerobic bacteria. It is coagulase-negative and is probably a commensal organism on the skin of humans. Like other coagulase-negative staphylococci, S. pettenkoferi only rarely causes disease, but may occasionally cause infection in patients whose immune system is compromised. Colonies are 1-2 mm in diameter, sometimes showing yellow pigmentation when grown at ambient temperature. Most S. pettenkoferi strains have been isolated from the skin or from blood cultures of patients in Germany and Belgium. Recently S. pettenkoferi was identified as the cause of osteomyelitis in a diabetic foot infection in France.
