Hello, I'm Vacation9. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Jewish boycott of German goods, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Vacationnine 13:09, 20 December 2012 (UTC)

Request reason:
I have not harassed anyone, I have been attempting to find a way to post on Vacation9's talk page in response to an edit for a few days however I encountered difficulties in locating the correct place. He asked me to post if I wished to comment on his edit. How is this considered harassment? Zerosprite (talk) 01:50, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Oddly enough, you have been on this project long enough to understand how to use talkpages, but until this specific incident, you have never once tried. On December 20, Vacation9 advised you that you made an unsourced addition to an article. 2 months later, you repeatedly added a similar-looking category to their talkpage with no other message or communication. That is not an attempt at discussion, it's harassment (✉→BWilkins←✎) 11:17, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Thank you for your response. You are correct, I had never used the talk facility before and, when I clicked on Vacation9's talk link I became confused. I thought there would be a more obvious link to post under rather than need to create a new subject area. The reason for my multiple attempts was because I thought I was doing it wrong, no chat area opened up it just created a category. That was simply down to my ignorance and was never intended as harassment. I learnt from my mistake and when I finally thought I had discovered the correct route I found myself blocked. I feel slightly aggrieved that you think that "have been on this project long enough to understand how to use talkpages" because that is purely an assumption on your part. Your following comment confirms that I had not used this facility before. The reality is I am still learning how to use Wikipedia and feel mortified that my attempts to resolve what I consider to be an unnecessary revision would be considered harassment. Accept reason:
This is actually an error I've seen many times since HotCat was universally enabled; it's not at all inconceivable that a user new to using talkpages would assume that the + sign at the bottom of the page was the place to start a new section. Given that I can't see any other behavioural issues relating to this block, I'm lifting it. Yunshui 雲水 09:42, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
- Oh dear. The user has made 60 edits over a period of two-three years. Very credible that there´s a lot of things they haven´t figured out yet and that they may make mistakes in good faith. And looking at the infrequent edit history, it doesn´t necessarily appear suspect that they would take a month and a half to respond either. Talkback
Related to your earlier blocks
There is a discussion at the Wikipedia Village Pump about the issue for which you were blocked earlier this year; I thought you ought to be notified about it. It's at Wikipedia:Village pump (policy)#WP:HOTCAT on as a default. Suffice it to say that you were not the only person who was confused by the interface, and it was not apparent to many administrators that the interface had changed in a way that made it confusing for newcomers. I want to extend a sincere apology to you for what happened, and I am glad you decided to continue contributing. Too often, we lose new, well-meaning editors because of a heavy-handed response to situations similar to your case. Horologium (talk) 16:07, 1 July 2013 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Whisper You Love Me Boy, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Chris Clark and Soul Sounds (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom 2018 election voter message
Hello, Zerosprite. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Afrobeat, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Fante (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
