MY TALK PAGE

Welcome, etc. You seem to know you way around .. ;) John Vandenberg (chat) 07:41, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I was looking at recent changes and saw the creation and looked into it. I knew about the logs from a friend and that's how I knew it had been previously deleted. Thanks for the compliment! Ultra X987 (talk) 07:44, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I object to this block on the grounds that "behavioural evidence" is misleading. A check user should reveal that I am not this "Justa Punk" and this block is premature and without real foundation. I have been looking at the rules for some time to avoid trouble before starting to use this account. Any similarities to "behaviour" is coincidence and nothing more. I expect to be taken at my word and without IP evidence this block should be removed.

Decline reason:

The grounds given for a block on behavioral grounds given at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Justa Punk/Archive#23 April 2011 appear plausible to me.  Sandstein  07:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Plausible? I'm sorry, but it's not true. I am not this "Justa Punk". Please advise on what I must say or do to prove the truth of my statement if you refuse to check my IP against this person's. I repeat that similar behaviours do not constitute sockpuppetry. It's at worst coincidence. What have I done to deserve such an upsetting disregard for my desire to contribute in a positive manner to Wikipedia? I don't understand. I feel like I'm being framed. Please help me.

Decline reason:

I'm sorry that you did all the hard work of changing your ip address, and still got recognized. Maybe you should stop creating accounts on Wikipedia and try a different hobby. Maybe you could learn to play a musical instrument? Or read Marcel Proust? The weather's almost nice enough to start planning a camping trip; that might be fun. Request reason:

That is an incredibly offensive response accusing me of being a liar. I repudiate the accusation unreservedly. What do I have to do to prove I am not this Justa Punk if my word is not enough?? So what if my IP changed? That happens to everyone who doesn't have a permanent IP. Please provide further avenues of protest if you reject this final application on the grounds of the fales assumption that I am someone that I'm not. I state on the word of God that I am NOT Justa Punk. I'll even provide a written statement declared on oath if needed. I will prove it. Just give me to opportunity to do so and I will prove it. I'm almost crying here. I'm sorry, but that's true. I am so offended by this false accusation.

Decline reason:

I don't find anything more convincing in your latest begging; as for what's presented at the SPI, "the evidence before the court is / Incontrovertible; there's no need for the jury to retire. So not only am I denying this, I'm cutting access to your talk page off because you would otherwise be wasting administrators' time looking for one who'd unblock. But, since you did ask, there are other avenues for this (but that should not be taken as a guarantee of ultimate success, and per FisherQueen above you should really consider other ways of spending your time). So, I will commend you to email unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org and see what happens. Or doesn't. — Daniel Case (talk) 04:45, 25 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
