Thanks. There's lot to revert. I have no plans to let them edit in article space again, although some other Admin might unblock. They really need a TB. Doug Weller talk 13:17, 9 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I am not really sure what you mean by TB. To people of my generation TB = tuberculosis. But I do not think you mean that. Talkback is possible - but makes little sense to me.
I suppose rollback is out of the question :(
Many hands make light work. Have dealt with:
  1. List of chief ministers of Uttar Pradesh - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  2. Manik Saha - revert edits by RajasPudu - adding needless complexity to structure of article/wiki mark up
  3. Bhajan Lal Sharma - revert edits by RajasPudu - adding needless complexity to structure of article/wiki mark up
  4. Bhagwant Mann - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  5. N. Rangaswamy - revert edits by RajasPudu - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  6. List of chief ministers of Bihar - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  7. List of chief ministers of Madhya Pradesh - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  8. Neiphiu Rio - revert edits by RajasPudu - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  9. Mohan Charan Majhi - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  10. Lalduhoma - introduction of error in Wiki-markup
  11. J. Jayalalithaa - reverted unsourced material added without explanation by RajasPudu; have left the material that he/she left citations for (I have not checked whether the citations support the cited material)

Redirect Gaming?

Hello, could you please take a look at Rajput Mughal marriage alliances which was redirected [1] like this without a discussion (Pov ridden redirect?), despite the fact that it was closed as no consensus, when an AfD was filed against it [2]). I want to recover this page but I do not know how to do that, maybe RfD can help, or can an admin can easily recover it? Ratnahastin has been using such shortcuts to defy the AfD closure. AlvaKedak (talk) 20:47, 11 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The article on Akash Ambani had three AFD discussions,May 2018, July 2022, September 2024 the most recent of which resulted in "keep". But in spite of that a series of editors keep replacing the article with a redirect, citing a discussion on another article's page that took place in June-August 2022,Talk:Mukesh Ambani#Akash Ambani is now Chairman of Reliance Jio i.e. before the September 2024 AFD discussion.
Rajput Mughal marriage alliances has a complicated history.page views, logs There were AFD discussions.August 2023, May-June 2024 And since the May-June AFD did not give the result he/she wanted, an editor moved the article to draft, then after the redirect created by the move was deleted as cross-namespace redirect, created a new redirect.
@Doug Weller: Please could you take a look at this.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:10, 12 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Move protected the first, the second seems ok to me. Doug Weller talk 09:05, 12 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Doug Weller, It is a backdoor redirect performed by Ratnahastin. If an AfD is closed as no consensus then a user can simply get rid of the article by redirecting it. Quite the loophole, isn't it? AlvaKedak (talk) 10:31, 12 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
