Sounds good, go for it, we usually call it the References section though. Dori | Talk 00:54, Jan 30, 2005 (UTC)
Walla Walla Massacre
This is a wonderful idea. I have found it best to type my article in a word processor and then put it on Wikipedia.
Sometimes if you have more than one source for your article it is better. Read the article(s), make notes, then write it in your own words. Believe me you will have lots of suggestions for ways of making it better very quickly.
Happy writing.

Les jeux sont faits
I was hoping for a separate article about the film. My pet project is films based on books/plays etc. I moved the split tag to make that clearer, and maybe someday a kind soul (who has seen the film) will wander by. <g> Cheers! ♥ Her Pegship♥ 02:37, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
It's great to have fresh voice in this debate-- it's been driving me a little buggy. OR stands for "original research" something that isn't allowed here per the rules.
I think you did a good job of outlining the current dispute-- I'll be interested to know what the other editors think. futurebird 22:27, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
Race and Genetics
Okay, I'll look in to this. By the way, I voted yes for the merger since the article Race and multilocus allele clusters is also in need of context, and it will be easier to do this with everything in one place. futurebird 16:59, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks and Happy New Year
Firstly, let me wish you a very happy New Year and thank you for your help in the Milhist Tag & Assess 2007 drive.
Secondly, although the Tag & Assess 2007 drive is now officially closed, you are very welcome to continue tagging and assessing until 31 January 2008. Any articles you tag and assess during this time will be credited fully to your tagging tally for further award purposes.
Thirdly, if you can find the time, it would be great to have your feedback/comments and participation in the recently-set-up Tag & Assess workshop The idea is to see what lessons we can learn from the 2007 drive to make the 2008 one more efficient and enjoyable.
Thanks again for your help, --ROGER DAVIES talk 10:46, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Danger and Beauty Book.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Danger and Beauty Book.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:09, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

Apology if I made a mistake
Heavens I don't wish to wrongly accuse a fellow Unitarian, we are so rare. I went by the diffs on the History for that page, and it was somewhat confusing. Sorry if I misunderstood and caused you any inconvenience. Mervyn Emrys (talk) 01:10, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (File:Phoolan Devi Book.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:Phoolan Devi Book.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:17, 25 August 2012 (UTC)
Non-free rationale for File:Yuri Kochiyama Book.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Yuri Kochiyama Book.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:49, 26 August 2012 (UTC)

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
