Information icon Hello, I'm Redrose64. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Redrose64 (talk) 16:54, 26 November 2013 (UTC)

Which page was it?JohnSmith5000100 (talk) 22:20, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
Any of the three edits that you made to Attack of the Cybermen. This is not a regeneration story: it happened in The Caves of Androzani. Please also stop messing with Template:Regeneration stories - having been reverted once, you should not continually re-add the contentious content, but discuss it, either at Template talk:Regeneration stories, or WT:WHO (the latter has a larger audience). --Redrose64 (talk) 23:41, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

Your page

[[1]]..is here, looked like it was a draft of some kind that accidently got into article space. However, I seem to have fouled up the page move...sorryTheLongTone (talk) 22:44, 26 December 2013 (UTC)

Your RFA

Hello JohnSmith5000100 and thanks for submitting your RFA. While I applaud enthusiasm, I'm afraid you do not yet possess sufficient knowledge/experience for the community to have confidence in your readiness to become an admin. You may find the following advice helpful. If you have not done so already, please read:

A few thoughts:
  • Generally, It has been my experience that it takes at least 5,000 edits in a variety of areas to learn policy and guidelines well enough to attempt adminship. Also, nominees returning after an unsuccessful RfA should wait at least another 6 months before trying again. Nominees need to show the ability to contribute a number of significant edits to build the encyclopedia.
  • The Admin tools allow the user to block and unblock other editors, delete and undelete pages and protect and unprotect pages. Nominees will therefore do well to gain experience and familiarity with such areas as WP:AIV, WP:AFD, WP:CSD, Wikipedia:Protection policy, and WP:BLOCK to learn when to do these things.
  • Adminship inevitably leads one to 1) need to explain clearly the reasons for one's decisions, 2) need to review one's decisions and change one's mind when it is reasonable to do so, 3) need to review one's decisions and stand firm when it is reasonable to do so, 4) need to negotiate a compromise. Admins need a familiarity with dispute resolution. The ability to communicate clearly is essential.
  • Article building is the raison d'être of Wikipedia. I recommend significant participation in WP:GA or WP:FA as the surest way to gain article building experience. I find a large number of "Wikignome" type edits to be helpful.
  • I recommend taking part in RfA discussions to help learn from the experiences of others. Many nominees have found it helpful to obtain an Editor Review before submitting their RfA. Hope this helps. Good luck and happy editing.
  • For that, I have just closed your request for adminship and suggest you try again in at least another six months.

For anything, please do not hesitate to contact me. Salvio Let's talk about it! 12:33, 12 May 2014 (UTC)

I do not think the less of you. I was merely doing an experiment to see what it was like, as there are few RfAs, and none current.that annoying guy who shows up sometimes because... you know, bored (talk)
You could've asked existing administrators what it was like. I don't doubt you did this without any bad intentions, but sometimes it can get ugly.--Jasper Deng (talk) 05:14, 13 May 2014 (UTC)

Hello, don't be tired. Just edit and edit till you get more practice. Our some users, like Koavf with over 1.4 million edits, have never run an RfA. So just don't think that RfA is a necessary one. Just gain more practice and come back for your second RfA after 2000(at least) edits. Better luck and happy editing.!! The herald 14:33, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
