Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited ANTI FADE records, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Gonzo. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Great job with Sounds Australia. It's rare I see someone take an article from speedily deletable to reviewable before an admin can come along to delete it, but you've managed that here. P.S. When dealing with an article that previously had copyright violations, make sure to tag the old revisions for RD1 revision deletion. I've done that for you here. :) -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 07:55, 18 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have time for a full review but can provide the following observations:

  1. Lead is too similar to Bio at Australian Music Centre.
  2. Career has too many short ¶¶.
  3. For readability try to reduce frequency of "In [year] Gifford ..." (or similar).
  4. Selected Works > Selected works

I've added content and tidied up some formatting. In particular her maiden name, Glouchowera, according to German documents at her immigration papers (see External link in article) pages 7, 9 and 22. I've also added her parents names (pages 7 and 9). With her parents, siblings and Stefan, they all travelled to Australia in 1949. @Johannes Maximilian:Thanks for the comment. Are you suggesting I remove NME, Beat, and The Guardian as references, or just include more from other publications? The festival is mentioned by other Melbourne-based and arts-focused publications, but these were the most detailed for the content I was referencing. For example, the final reference from The Guardian mentions how the 2022 festival features work returning from the previously postponed years', which didn't get mentioned elsewhere that I could see. Ways to improve Collections of Australian Performing Arts Collection

Hello, Jimmyjrg,

Thank you for creating Collections of Australian Performing Arts Collection.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Hi thanks for creating this article. Wikipedia does not host catalogues or directories and all articles need to be based on in depth coverage in reliable independent sources. If the collections aren’t discussed as a set in third party sources, the article may be redirected or deleted.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Mccapra}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Thank you for that. I'll continue improving it to get it in better shape. Jimmyjrg (talk) 04:50, 7 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Collections of the Australian Performing Arts Collection, is not suitable as written to remain published. In addition to the question of notability, it needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. I did this rather than removing the uncited material in the article, which I felt would be more disruptive. When you have the required sourcing (and every assertion needs a source), and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Autopatrolled granted

Hi Jimmyjrg, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatrolled user right to your account. This means that pages you create will automatically be marked as 'reviewed', and no longer appear in the new pages feed. Autopatrolled is assigned to prolific creators of articles, where those articles do not require further review, and may have been requested on your behalf by someone else. It doesn't affect how you edit; it is used only to manage the workload of new page patrollers.

Since the articles you create will no longer be systematically reviewed by other editors, it is important that you maintain the high standard you have achieved so far in all your future creations. Please also try to remember to add relevant WikiProject templates, stub tags, categories, and incoming links to them, if you aren't already in the habit; user scripts such as Rater and StubSorter can help with this. As you have already shown that you have a strong grasp of Wikipedia's core content policies, you might also consider volunteering to become a new page patroller yourself, helping to uphold the project's standards and encourage other good faith article writers.

Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! TheSandDoctor Talk 19:52, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
