Proposed deletion of Suzi Taylor
The article Suzi Taylor has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No significant coverage in independent reliable sources. Neither being naked in a magazine nor clothed on a reality TV show is sufficient.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The-Pope (talk) 16:19, 14 November 2015 (UTC)

Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to DragonForce, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi, I'm Allthefoxes. Heepman1997, thanks for creating I'll 'Ave Ya!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. No sources, and because of that, may not meet notability guidelines. Please try to add some sources that help show the songs notability.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. --allthefoxes (Talk) 03:39, 31 January 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Mamonov and Aleksei
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Mamonov and Aleksei requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Your contributed article, Bogus Deep Purple
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Bogus Deep Purple. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Deep_Purple#Band_split_and_solo_projects_.281976.E2.80.9384.29. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Deep_Purple#Band_split_and_solo_projects_.281976.E2.80.9384.29 – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. JamesG5 (talk) 05:36, 13 April 2016 (UTC)

I just undid
your edit at List of musicians who play left-handed because you gave no reference. Further, the article on Rami Yosifov contains no references and it could well be nominated for deletion. Also, if you put something, anything, on your user page then your user name will change into a blue link rather than being the red one that it is now. This suggests to others, or at least to me, that you are not the dead end that red links suggest and that perhaps you are even a serious editor who intends to stay around. Hello, Heepman1997. I've just reverted your edit to this article. As far as I know, there aren't any standard romanisations of Yiddish, so I felt that in an English-language Encyclopaedia, a romanisation that used English conventions (and so was more legible to English speakers) was more appropriate than the German-based romanisation you changed it to. French pronunciation of Molyneux
Hi. You added a French pronunciation to the article Molyneux, namely [mɔlˈɳɶː]. I have some questions about that. First, why do you think the French pronunciation of a name from Anglophone countries is relevant for the English Wikipedia? We also do not include the French pronunciation of Wellington. (Maud Molyneux may be named as an occurrence of the name in the francophonie, but just like Dora Forbes this was one of her adopted English aliases.) Second, where does this come from? It looks wrong to me. I'm pretty sure the French would pronounce this as a three-syllable word, not just two. And ɳ? That sound does not occur in French phonology. --Lambiam 10:40, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
- I was watching a Varg Vikernes video in which he responds to Stefan Molyneux regarding a particular topic and added that pronunciation based on the way Varg said it, since he lives in France and has learned French. Heepman1997 (talk) 20:15, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
- That explains the ɳ, since it does occur in Norwegian phonology, as in the pronunciation of Vikernes's name: [ˈʋiːkəɳeːs]. So the template should not have been
{{IPA-fr}}
but{{IPA-no}}
. --Lambiam 02:47, 9 March 2017 (UTC)
- That explains the ɳ, since it does occur in Norwegian phonology, as in the pronunciation of Vikernes's name: [ˈʋiːkəɳeːs]. So the template should not have been
- With all due respect... the addition is content that you personally transcribed into French IPA, which is original research. The transcription is based on the pronunciation of a Norwegian immigrant to France, who may or may not speak perfectly accent-free French, and whose biography (Varg Vikernes) does not inspire confidence in his academic expertise. At best, it's a sample of one French speaker making a reasonably educated attempt to pronounce an English surname that diverged from the French pronunciation centuries ago. Even if you provided a full citation to the video, one can't consider it a reliable source. The information isn't useful to a reader, at least because it can't be relied upon. Lwarrenwiki (talk) 22:05, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
- I have now removed it as being OR. --Lambiam 02:38, 9 March 2017 (UTC)
German pronunciation of Gebrochts
Hi again. You added a German pronunciation to the article Gebrochts, namely [gɛˈbrɔxts]. I have some questions about that. First, why do you think the Standard German pronunciation of a Yiddish word is relevant for the English Wikipedia? We also do not include the German pronunciation of Kugel. Second, where does this come from? It looks wrong to me. I'm pretty sure Germans generally pronounce the first vowel as an ə, not as an ɛ. Perhaps that is how it is pronounced in New York Yiddish – I don't know but would actually expect an ɜ there – but, anyway, that is not what your contribution claims. --Lambiam 15:02, 23 March 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Orphaned non-free image File:Uriah Heep Living the Dream.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Uriah Heep Living the Dream.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:52, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
Disputed non-free use rationale for File:DC Miedzianik.jpg
Thank you for uploading File:DC Miedzianik.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

Speedy deletion nomination of Portal:Vopli Vidopliassova
A tag has been placed on Portal:Vopli Vidopliassova requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section P2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a portal based on a topic for which there is no non-stub header article, and there are not at least three non-stub articles detailing subject matter that would be appropriate to discuss under the title of that portal.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Brenton Tarrant
Please do not add Brenton Tarrant to the "Notable people" section of Grafton, New South Wales. "Notable" has a special meaning on Wikipedia and you can read this at Wikipedia:Notability. In the case of Brenton Tarrant, he does not meet the requirements of the general notability guidelines especially since he is "notable" for only a single event. Please note that this was discussed at WP:AWNB#Christchurch mosque shootings and the Grafton article was specifically protected to stop new and anonymous editors adding Tarrant. --AussieLegend (✉) 09:49, 18 March 2019 (UTC)

Nomination of six portals for deletion
A discussion is taking place as to whether 6 portals which you created are suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether they should be deleted.
The pages will be discussed at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Six single-navbox automated portals for musicians or bands until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Your recent edit at Kätlin Aas.
Hi Heepman1997,
I have reverted your last edit at the article Kätlin Aas. The Cyrillic alphabet transliteration of her name and Russian language IPA are unwarranted and odd inclusions. Aas is Estonian, not Russian. ExRat (talk) 22:33, 26 April 2019 (UTC)

Ways to improve Ibrahim Emin

Thanks for creating Ibrahim Emin! I edit here too, under the username Boleyn and it's nice to meet you :-)

Ibrahim Emin moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Ibrahim Emin, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. The article Soma Mukhopadhyay has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. --Nahal(T) 07:34, 13 July 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Adalita (disambiguation)
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Adalita (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either
- disambiguates only one extant Wikipedia page and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic);
- disambiguates zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
- is a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" that does not target a disambiguation page or page that has a disambiguation-like function.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
The article Adalita (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unnecessary disambiguation page - there are only two articles and they are related. The Adalita article links to the album article and this disambiguation page will never need to be seen.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ... discospinster talk 13:32, 28 August 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of What's Really Going On?
Hello Heepman1997,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged What's Really Going On? for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is significant enough to be included in an encyclopedia, and the artist doesn't have an article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can , but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Google Code-In 2019 is coming - please mentor some documentation tasks!
Hello,
Google Code-In, Google-organized contest in which the Wikimedia Foundation participates, starts in a few weeks. This contest is about taking high school students into the world of opensource. I'm sending you this message because you recently edited a documentation page at the English Wikipedia.
I would like to ask you to take part in Google Code-In as a mentor. That would mean to prepare at least one task (it can be documentation related, or something else - the other categories are Code, Design, Quality Assurance and Outreach) for the participants, and help the student to complete it. Please sign up at the contest page and send us your Google account address to google-code-in-admins@lists.wikimedia.org, so we can invite you in!
From my own experience, Google Code-In can be fun, you can make several new friends, attract new people to your wiki and make them part of your community.
If you have any questions, please let us know at google-code-in-admins@lists.wikimedia.org.
Thank you!
